Funeral Services for Ms. Marie Wilson will be held on Wednesday August 30, 2017 at 12:00 Noon at Brundage Mt. Baptist Church Vinson Road McIntyre, Georgia. Interment will follow at the Brundage Mt. Baptist Church Cemetery.
Ms. Marie Wilson, 77 of McIntyre, Georgia was born on November 28, 1939 to the parentage of the late Mr. Eddie Wilson and Mrs. Ethelrene Davis-Wilson. She was a retired educator of the Atlanta Public School System. She was faithful member of the Brundage Mt. Baptist Church until her health declined.
Ms. Wilson was preceded in death by her parents: Mr. Eddie Wilson and Mrs. Ethelrene Davis-Wilson; niece: LaThelma “Tinkerbell” Beck; great-nephews: Donovan J. Beck and Damon J. Beck, Jr.
Ms. Wilson leaves to cherish her memories her sister: Mrs. Thelma Ferguson of McIntyre; nephews: Mr. Eric Price of Oviedo, Florida; Franklin D. (Victoria) Ferguson II, Donnell Smith; nieces: Stephanie Jackson, Donna Wilson and Norma Cline, and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday August 29, 2017 at the Funeral Home from 11:00-7:00 PM. Family will receive friends at the home of her sister Mrs. Thelma Ferguson, 246 Vinson Road McIntyre. Wilkinson County Memorial Chapel, Irwinton has charge of arrangements.
