Funeral Services for Mrs. Lisa Woodard will be held Sunday, June 16, 2024 at 3:00PM. Location: New Liberty Baptist Church 120 Jefferson Street – Toomsboro. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery – Gordon. Rev. David G. Flowers will serve as eulogist. 

Lisa Wytina Porter Woodard was born February 22, 1965, to the parentage of Linda Braswell and Willie D. Porter, Sr. She attended Wilkinson County High School in Irwinton, Georgia and was a proud member of the Class of 1985. 

 Lisa enjoyed working, cooking, and spending time with her family. Most people will remember her famous dressing, tuna, and pasta salad. Although very humble, she understood and accepted her talent of cooking and feeding people.

 She transitioned to her eternal home June 4, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Kenneth Porter, Robert Porter, Linda Ann Porter, and Sheila Porter Solomon.

 Lisa leaves to cherish her memories her husband of 38 years, Terry Woodard; daughters, Wytina Porter, Terlika (Ken) Williams; her legacy of love and precious memories to four grandchildren who were all of the apple of her eye, My'Deria Porter Hunter, JaMarion Sherman, Javeon Thomas, Ja'Sean Thomas; siblings, Mary Porter, Rhoda (Willie J.) Smith, Shirley (Anthony) Cantrell, Cathy (Royce) Harris, Willie F. (Pearlie) Renfroe, Glenn (Natasha) Porter, Sr., Willie Lamar Porter, Thomas Lee Porter, Floyd (Brenda) Porter; sisters-in-law, Phyllis Woodard, Pamela Smith; one devoted aunt, Carrie Harden; devoted friend, Henry Lee Hall; a host nieces, nephews who she truly loved with all of her heart; and coworkers and friends at Pruitt Health of Toomsboro.

Public Viewing will be held Saturday, June 15 from 11:00AM-7:00PM at the funeral home.
